Behavioral psychology, or behaviorism, focuses on the study of observable behaviors and the processes by which they are learned and modified. This paper reviews the foundational concepts and major theoretical frameworks of behavioral psychology, including classical conditioning, operant conditioning, and observational learning. It also examines recent research findings and their implications for understanding and modifying behavior. The application of these principles in various domains such as education, clinical practice, and public health is discussed, highlighting their relevance and effectiveness in promoting positive behavior change. Advances in neuroscience and technology have further enriched the field, providing new insights and enhancing the impact of behavioral interventions.
