License Terms
Following the guidelines of Open Access publishing, all published works of the "Shodh Sagar Journal of Inspiration and Psychology," are licenced under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non-commercial (CC BY-NC) licence. Our dedication to fostering unfettered access to academic research in a way that honours the rights of creators and authors is reflected in this licencing choice.
1. Attribution (BY): Users are required to properly credit the original author(s) and the SSJIP, provide a link to the licence, and indicate if any changes were made. No indication that the writers or the SSJIP endorse the user or their use of the content should be inferred from the credit.
2. Non-Commercial (NC): No commercial use of the material is permitted. Users are not allowed to sell or otherwise commercially exploit the material. It is our hope that the materials will remain freely accessible for academic, scholarly, and other non-commercial uses.
3. Copyright: The journal retains copyright for all articles published in the SSJIP. As long as they get credit for their work, authors can publish, distribute, and display their articles without paying royalties to the SSJIP.
4. Reuse and Distribution: Under the CC BY-NC license, users are permitted to make copies, share them with others, display them, perform them, and even make their own versions of the work by following the guidelines for proper credit and non-commercial use.
5. Authorship Integrity: When publishing with the SSJIP, authors pledge to honor the original work and provide credit where credit is due.
6. No Additional Restrictions: Users may not use any legalese or technological safeguards that prohibit others from doing anything that the license allows.
7. User Responsibility: The CC BY-NC licensing facilitates the use of published content; nonetheless, users are responsible for ensuring that any further use of the work adheres to the terms of the license and any relevant laws.
The goal of this licensing system is to encourage open collaboration and knowledge exchange in the areas of Inspiration and Psychology so that the work published in the SSJIP can reach the widest possible audience.
