Abstract

Psychological resilience, or the capacity to adapt to changing conditions and bounce back fast from adversity, is an essential part of psychological health and wellness. the concept of resilience, with a focus on the elements that serve as buffers and methods of dealing with stress that help build and sustain resilience. Using a diverse array of research from sociology, neuroscience, and psychology, this study aims to delve into the complex nature of resilience. The importance of internal and environmental elements that help people cope with stress and traumatic situations is emphasised. These factors include things like social support, optimism, self-efficacy, and adaptive coping abilities.
